'A Portrait of The Royal Canal' is a series of photographs shot on medium format Kodak Portra film.

The Royal Canal stretches 145 kilometers from rural Co. Longford winding its way through areas of beauty, wildlife, concrete, poverty and affluence meeting the river Liffey at the Spencer Dock. Although now restored, it was disused and derelict for over half a century and has always lived in the shadow of the more illustrious Grand Canal.
